Description
The Negroamaro of the Orus line is produced by Vinosìa Luciano Ercolino, a company based in Paternopoli, in the heart of Irpinia.
It consists of 100% Negroamaro grapes, harvested in the second half of September. The grapes are macerated for 7 days and fermented with the addition of indigenous yeasts in thermoregulated steel tanks. The wine then ages for 6 months in steel tanks.
Deep ruby red in colour, aromas of black cherry and plum, carob and tobacco prevail on the nose. The sip is dry and round, with a fairly persistent finish.
Ideal in combination with legume soups and bread soups and with meatballs in gravy.
