It follows the extraction of the must and the subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. The wine ages for 2 months in steel and at least 1 month in bottle, before being released on the market.
It is characterized by a bright cherry pink color. The nose opens with aromas of blueberry and red currant, reached by a floral note of rose. On the palate it has a fresh acidity, an excellent structure and a fairytale finish that is immersed between a slightly bitter fruity and delicate and aromatic sensations.
Excellent with risotto and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with sushi and appetizers. Perfect for a special occasion, to amaze and enchant its guests.
