Description
The Roycello signed Antinori was born on the Maìme estate, in the Brindisi municipality of San Pietro Vernotico.
It is produced entirely with Fiano grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After a short maceration, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 3 months in the same containers, on its lees, and in bottle for another 3 months, before being marketed.
Antinori's Roycello has a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with floral sensations of acacia and honeysuckle, enriched with notes of white pulp fruit and citrus. On the palate it is soft and fruity, with a pleasantly acidic and elegant finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and seafood.
