Description
The Fiano of the L'Archetipo winery was born in the Murgia, in Castellaneta, in the province of Taranto, Puglia. The Dibenedetto family cultivates 30 hectares of vineyards, following the principles of synergistic agriculture inspired by Masanobu Fukuoka.
The wine is made up of pure Fiano grapes, which are softly pressed. Spontaneous fermentation begins with pied de cuve in steel tanks, where the wine then ages on the fine lees for 6 months.
Straw yellow in colour, it opens to the nose with aromas of white pulp fruit, hay, honey and flint. The sip is dry and agile, with a slightly smoky finish.
Excellent both as an aperitif and in combination with vegetarian cuisine, seafood risottos and fish.
