Description
Leone de Castris' Fiano Angiò was born in vineyards located in the heart of the IGT Salento.
It is produced with pure Fiano grapes, harvested by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. After fermentation, the wine ages on the lees for at least 3 months, with continuous bâtonnage, and rests for another 2 months in the bottle to refine its organoleptic characteristics.
It has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with pleasant notes of peach and pineapple, enriched with intense floral hints. On the palate it is fresh and soft, with an excellent structure.
Ideal in combination with seafood first courses, grilled fish and lean meats.
