Description

Edda comes from the vineyards of San Marzano, overlooking the sea of Salento, placed on a shallow soil with a medium-fine texture.

It consists mainly of Chardonnay grapes, with minor additions of Moscatello Selvatico and Fiano grapes. After an early harvest, which takes place in August, the must is fermented. At the end of the process, it is aged on its own yeasts in French oak barrels for 4 months.

Wine with an intense straw yellow color, it has an enveloping and broad scent of peach, citrus and vanilla. In the mouth it is soft and warm, elegant, with a savory and toasted finish.

Suitable for accompanying fish starters and first courses, as well as fresh soft cheeses.
