Description
The Timo white wine is produced by San Marzano in Puglia within the Salento appellation.
The wine is produced from 100% Vermentino grapes, which are destemmed and kept in contact with the skins for a few hours in the cold before pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel at 15°C for 13-15 days, to then proceed with the refinement of the wine in steel for 5 months.
Straw yellow in color, the nose is dominated by aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. The sip is fresh and elegant, with a discreet persistence.
Ideal in combination with fish appetizers and penne alla corsara.
