Description
The Negroamaro Rosato di Notte Rossa is born in the heart of the Salento peninsula, from vineyards arranged on medium clayey soils, at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level.
It is the fruit of Negroamaro grapes only, harvested in the middle of September. After a short maceration in contact with the skins, the must ferments at a controlled temperature and then ends with a refinement in steel.
The color is intense pink with ruby reflections. The nose opens with an intense and persistent bouquet, characterized by hints of cherry and raspberry. In the mouth it is fresh and full-bodied, well balanced.
Perfect to serve with summer appetizers and fish soups, it is ideal in the company of young or slightly seasoned cheeses.
