Description
Paolo Leo's Mora Mora red wine is made from pure black Malvasia grapes that come from the countryside of San Donaci (BR).
After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the cellar where they are destemmed and crushed. The vinification takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature (22-24 ° C) for 8-10 days. The wine ages for 3 months in second and third passage French oak barriques.
In the glass the wine appears of an intense ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas of red and black fruits, such as mulberries, blackberries, prunes and notes of sweet spices. The sip is warm, with silky tannins and a long finish.
Ideal in combination with cold cuts and cheeses appetizers, pasta with meat sauce and grilled meats.
