Description

Paolo Leo's Rosamora rosé wine was born in vineyards located in Salento, in the province of Brindisi and Lecce.

It is made exclusively of Malvasia Nera grapes, which first undergoes cryomaceration. It is then left to stand for approx. 4 hours in the press, to obtain the desired pink color. Fermentation lasts approx. 10 days and is held in thermo-regulated steel tanks, followed by a 3-month refinement in the same containers.

It is characterized by a cherry pink color. The nose opens with a bouquet of raspberries, strawberries and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh and crunchy, with a good persistence.

Perfect to accompany fried fish and sushi.
