Description
Founded by Henri Martin, Château Gloria is the result of the acquisition over the years of several vineyards classified as Grand Cru, and the wine that bears its name fully reflects the characteristics of the individual terroirs preserved through careful processing practices of the precious raw material, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
It is obtained from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature. Followed by aging in oak barrels for 14 months.
The wine is characterized by an intense ruby red color, with a complex bouquet of ripe fruit, including black cherry and blueberry, with spicy hints. In the mouth it is fleshy and ripe in tannins, with a nice final persistence.
Excellent to pair with red meat main courses, it goes well with Asian cuisine and first courses in general.
