Description
Grand Corbin is produced by Château Grand Corbin, founded in 1852 and which owns 28.5 hectares of vineyards managed with organic farming.
The Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes first undergo cold maceration in steel vats for 5-8 days. They are subsequently vinified and then aged 33% in new French oak barrels for 12-14 months.
Ruby red in color with violet hues, it reveals aromas of ripe blueberries and plum jam, spices and lavender to the nose. The sip is concentrated, layered and with excellent persistence.
Ideal in combination with red meats, game and mature cheeses.
