Description

The Carillon d'Angélus is the second label of the prestigious Château Angélus, one of the jewels of Saint-Émilion, known for its rich history and oenological excellence. This wine expresses a refined balance between power and elegance, representing the accessibility and complexity of the Bordeaux terroir.

Winemaking follows traditional methods, with particular attention to maturation in French oak barriques, which gives the wine a soft tannic structure and notes of vanilla and sweet spices, perfectly integrating the richness of the fruit.

Carillon d'Angélus stands out for its aromatic notes of ripe red fruits, floral accents and a mineral touch. On the palate, it offers a silky texture with an excellent depth of flavours, closing with a persistent and harmonious finish.

This wine is ideal in combination with red meat dishes, game and medium-aged cheeses. Its versatility makes it suitable for both special occasions and everyday enjoyment.
