Description
The Château Leydet-Valentin Grand Vin de Bordeaux was born in vineyards located in the AOC Saint-Émilion, near the Pomerol plateau, in Bordeaux.
It is mainly produced with Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels, before being bottled.
Château Leydet-Valentin has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of vanilla, coffee and red berry fruit aromas. On the palate it is opulent, with a medium body and velvety tannins.
Perfect for accompanying mushrooms and red meats, it is ideal in combination with noble poultry and game.
