Description
Château Beauséjour, located in the iconic St. Émilion region of Bordeaux, produces wines that reflect the excellence of the Premier Grand Cru Classé B terroir. Predominantly composed of Merlot with additions of Cabernet Franc, it offers a rich and complex expression of the soil limestone and clayey of the region.
The winemaking takes place with meticulous attention to the selection of the grapes and the balanced use of new wood during the aging in barrique. This process enhances the natural qualities of the grape, maintaining the balance between power and elegance, with remarkable aging potential.
The bouquet is characterized by intense notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices and an earthy touch, which integrate beautifully with a velvety tannic structure and a long aromatic persistence. The sip is enveloping, with a complexity that is progressively revealed, revealing layers of flavor and a fine minerality.
This wine pairs harmoniously with rich and tasty dishes, such as roast meat, game and mature cheeses, enhancing the characteristics of both. It is recommended to decant for a few hours before serving to fully appreciate its depth and complexity.
