Rum La Reserva del Diablo The Demon's Share

The Demon's Share is a cane spirit from Panama, known for its distinctive character and unique aging process. Aged for a minimum of 6 years in charred American oak barrels, this spirit captures the essence of Panamanian tradition.

The distillate is produced through a continuous distillation process, which contributes to its purity and intensity. Aging in oak barrels gives the final product an aromatic complexity and depth of flavor. During the long refinement, a part evaporates naturally (the so-called "angels' part") but what remains is a distillate with a diabolical soul.

On the nose it presents a delicately intense aroma, characterized by notes of vanilla, leather, citrus and a hint of green apple. On the palate it is round and complex, concluding with a soft, enveloping and rather long finish.

Perfect to enjoy neat or on the rocks.
