Description

Don Papa Baroko is rum originating from the Philippines and aged in oak barrels.

This Rum is produced on the island of Negros Occidentale, an enchanting place that, above all thanks to its distant volcanic origins, gives sugar cane suitable for the production of molasses with particularly tasty and sweet hints. After the creation of the distillate, it is aged in oak barrels for several years.

Of a beautiful deep amber color, it has a great olfactory delicacy, with fruity scents reminiscent of candied fruit and ripe apricot, finished with notes of vanilla and honey. On the palate it is round and complex without however losing momentum and maintaining the recognizability of the aromatic components such as hay, ripe apricot, bitter orange peel and cocoa.

To be enjoyed neat to appreciate all the organoleptic complexity or as Darker Don.
