Description
A wine that comes to life from a fine blend of 70% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet and from medium-clay soils, which give the wine uniqueness and character. Vinification at controlled temperature, and aging for 18 months in Allier oak, to then rest for another 6 months in bottle.
Wine with good aging potential, about 15 years, it presents itself at the sight of a splendid bright red color with garnet reflections. The nose is generous, with its ripe berries and the scent of black cherry jam. On the palate it is soft, elegant, with well-defined tannins that make it an attractive wine.
Wine that marries all types of meat, it is ideal with a grilled beef fillet. Try it with a plate of aged cheeses.
