Description

The Maramia red wine of Tenuta Mara is born in vineyards located in the province of Rimini, in San Clemente.

It is produced exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, which are vinified in conical oak vats, with spontaneous fermentation and a maceration on the skins for about a month. The wine then ages on the fine lees for 15 months in French oak barrels.

It is characterized by a bright ruby red color. The nose opens with a bouquet of violet, red currant, plum and cinnamon. The sip is clean, with good acidity and persistence.

Perfect to accompany lamb chops, risotto and aged cheeses.
