Description

Clemente Primo by Enio Ottaviani comes to life from the hilly landscape of San Clemente, in the province of Rimini. The south-east facing vineyard is planted on clayey soils.

Blend of the native Pagadebit grape with the international Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling, is the result of a manual harvest of the grapes and vinification that takes place in concrete tanks for both the fermentation and aging phases.

Straw yellow. Fine and elegant nose with hints of white flowers combined with delicate fruity and vanilla sensations. On the palate it is soft and graceful, pleasantly fresh.

It is perfect in the company of crustaceans or stewed fish.
