Description
The Aulente Rosso San Patrignano is a wine produced with Sangiovese grapes coming from vineyards located in the hilly area of Rimini at an average altitude of 200 meters above sea level and a few kilometers from the Adriatic.
Following fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, the wine retains its fragrance and varietal freshness and then refines for 6 months in large 30-hectolitre oak barrels.
Intense ruby red in color, it offers notes of rose, cherry, plum and a slight spiciness in the background to the nose. On the palate it is rich and pleasant to drink, with soft tannins and a finish of remarkable persistence.
Wine with an immediate sip and suitable for daily consumption, it is particularly suitable with roasts, grilled red meats and meat sauces.
