The Chardonnay Rubicone Frizzante "Sinfonia" by Enio Ottaviani produced from south-southeast exposed vineyards that grow on clay-loam soils in the San Clemente area of Rimini. These benefit from the maritime influence of the Adriatic Sea, which adds unique notes to the wine's profile.

The manual harvesting of the grapes underlines the attention to quality. Fermentation follows in steel tanks, as does refinement.

It presents itself in an elegant straw yellow with green reflections. The nose denotes floral and fruity aromas, a combination that invites tasting. On the palate a fresh and harmonious structure is revealed, characterized by a sour note which enhances its clean taste and prolongs the pleasure.
