Description
Negraro is the exaltation of the native grape variety of Valpolicella, Corvina Veronese, coming mostly from the renowned town of Negrar and partly from San Pietro in Cariano, but also of the traditions that have made the name of the Veneto region great in the world winemaking.
The fermentation of the Corvina grape alone is in fact preceded by the traditional drying technique which concentrates the berries with noble substances. The vinification process ends with an aging of 12 months in large oak barrels.
It appears to the eye with a seductive ruby red color. The nose is fragrant and complex, with aromas of red fruits on a captivating spicy bed. On the palate it is characterized by great structure and concentration, with fine tannins that integrate into an excellent gustatory balance.
Perfect to accompany with roasted meats, it is ideal in the company of a platter of aged cheeses.
