Description
Rosso Piceno di Buscareto is made up of Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes that come from the Cassero di Camerata Picena vineyard, in the province of Ancona.
The harvest is carried out by hand and immediately transported to the cellar where the grapes are fermented in steel at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days. The wine is aged in the same containers for about 6 months and for a further 2 months in the bottle.
It shows a ruby red color in the glass. On the nose, hints of cherry and plum rotate, together with elegant spicy notes. In the mouth it reveals warmth and depth in an intense and balanced taste.
Recommended in combination with red meats and first courses with tomato sauce. Try it with a salami pizza.
