Description
The Red Wine of Italy Cinquanta di San Marzano Collection is born in vineyards located in the municipality of San Marzano.
It is produced with Primitivo and Negroamaro grapes, harvested entirely by hand in September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine ages in barrique for about 12 months before being bottled.
It is characterized by an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with an intense and complex bouquet of plums, enriched by pleasant spicy notes of licorice and vanilla. On the palate it is intense, with great structure and softness, with a pleasantly persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal as a meditation wine and in combination with first courses.
