Description

The Rosso di Valtellina Nettare from Tenuta Scerscé is an elegant expression of wine obtained from Nebbiolo grapes, coming from the municipality of Tirano, in the heart of Valtellina. This terroir is characterized by a sandy-loam soil with abundant skeleton, moderately deep and permeable to water.

The harvest is carried out manually. This is followed by delicate pressing and fermentation with maceration on the skins for at least 3 days. Subsequently the wine matures in large oak barrels for at least 6 months and completes its refinement with a further 6 months in the bottle.

In the glass it presents a ruby red color. The bouquet is rich in aromas of morello cherry and cherry, enriched by spicy tones and delicate notes of violet. The sip is agile, slim and fresh.

It is perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses.
