Description
The Talenti farm is located in Pian di Conte, north of Sant'Angelo in Colle, on the south-facing slope of the Montalcino hill. Rosso di Montalcino comes from a selection of grapes from various vineyards located at altitudes between 220 and 400 metres.
The classic vinification in steel at a controlled temperature is followed by a period of maturation of a few months in French and Slavonian oak barrels.
Ruby in color, it expresses aromas of cherry, plum and black cherry on the nose. On the palate it is soft, with a good structure and well-balanced tannins.
To be combined with appetizers of cured meats and cheeses, with pasta with meat sauce and legume soups.
