Description
A pure and authentic expression of Tuscan character, this Rosso di Montalcino, Brunello's younger brother, is obtained from 100% Sangiovese Grosso, grapes harvested between the end of September and the second week of October. Its fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25-26 ° C. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, its aging takes place in French and Slavonian oak barrels for 6 months.
All this makes Camigliano Rosso di Montalcino a simply unique wine, with an intense and lively red color, and with frank, clean and fragrant aromas, while the sip is fleshy and with a persistent finish.
It is the ideal wine to pair with meat dishes and cheeses. It will also delight the most demanding palates with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses.
