Campania IGP Rosso Rubino 2023 Capri Moonlight

Rosso Campania Rubino is a red wine from Capri Moonlight, balanced and full-bodied with good persistence and intensity. It is born from the synthesis of two great Campanian vines: Aglianico and Piedirosso, rigorously harvested and selected by hand in the third decade of October, at perfect ripeness.

Fermented and refined in steel and in the bottle, this red wine from Campania preserves and enhances the distinctly fruity aromas of the grapes it comes from, ripened in the Southern sun on sandy loam soils.

In the glass it is ruby red with purple reflections. On the nose it is fine and complex, with fruity, mineral and floral scents, as well as toasted and smoky notes typical of these vines. On the palate it is dry, warm and soft. Good tannins, freshness and flavor.

A perfect red wine with cold cuts and cured meats or red meats, but also paired with a classic ragù.
