Rossa La Morosina

The Morosina Rossa

La Rossa is an agricultural beer produced by the Lombard brewery La Morosina, unfiltered, unpasteurised. In November, cereals are sown in Cascina Morosina, which are then threshed in July. The hops begin their vegetative awakening in March and are harvested in August, with a manual harvest of their flowers, so as not to lose their precious aromas and perfumes. The last fundamental raw material for beer is water, the most precious resource of the farm, pure, which does not require treatment.

Sight, nose, eye and palate

The Red has an intense color, a taste that reveals aromas of hop flowers and delicate spices. Its taste is intense and well balanced.
