Campania IGP Rosato Marguerite Capri Moonlight

Rosato Campania Marguerite is a rosé wine produced by Capri Moonlight in the Campania region, with pure Piedirosso grapes grown on sandy-silty soils. The grapes are harvested manually during the October harvest, ensuring a careful selection of the best bunches.

The grapes are vinified in rosé in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The refinement process takes place in steel, accompanied by monthly batonnage that gives complexity and structure to the wine. This method preserves the freshness and typicality of the vine, enhancing the unique organoleptic characteristics.

In the glass it presents itself with an intense and brilliant pink color. On the nose it offers a floral impact with notes of violet, which evolve into fruity aromas of cherry, raspberry and currant. On the palate it stands out for its freshness and minerality, completing a rich and persistent tasting experience, with pleasant retronasal perceptions.

It pairs perfectly with cold cuts and cured meats, appetizers and vegetable-based dishes, enhancing the variety of flavors and consistencies of these preparations.
