Description

Tuderi is an emblem of the winemaking tradition of Badde Nigolosu, a cru in the Romangia region of Sardinia. This wine is produced in limited quantities, which is a testament to meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to quality craftsmanship.

Winemaking is carried out following completely natural methods, without the use of yeasts or chemical additives. The grapes are fermented and matured in concrete and glass tanks for a period of 18 months, enhancing the purity and intrinsic characteristics of the vine. This process preserves the authenticity of the terroir and supports the integrity of the fruit.

Tuderi presents itself with elegant tannins and a fresh vitality. The aromatic notes are dominant, with a bouquet that includes aromatic herbs typical of Sardinia, creating an olfactory experience that recalls the uncontaminated nature of the island. On the palate, the wine is balanced, with a soft structure that is accompanied by a persistent and enveloping finish.

This wine is ideal in combination with meat dishes such as roast pork or game, where its tannins harmonize perfectly with the richness of the flavours.
