Description

Tenores, produced in the heart of Romangia by Tenute Dettori in Sardinia, is a sublime example of the ability of the Sennori territory to express wines of extraordinary complexity and elegance. This label takes advantage of a production carefully limited to 6000 bottles, guaranteeing a scrupulous focus on quality and detail.

The winemaking method used is completely natural, avoiding the use of added yeasts or any additives, with a refinement of 44 months in cement and glass containers. This process highlights the purity of the fruit and the richness of the terroir without external interference, offering an authentic and unaltered experience.

At sight, the Tenores presents itself with a translucent ruby hue with garnet reflections. The bouquet is rich and intricate, with notes of morello cherry, black cherry, blackberry blossom, dark caramel and coffee, accented by nuances of cinnamon, tar and chilli chocolate. On the palate, the structure is majestic but balanced, with a perfect harmony between softness, saline freshness and elegant tannins that extend into a persistent and inviting finish.

This wine is particularly suitable for accompanying rich and intense dishes, such as red meats, game and offal dishes, as well as long-matured cheeses and cured meats. It offers a complete gastronomic experience, also ideal as a meditation wine at the end of a meal.
