Description
The Monnalisa red wine from Cantine da Vinci was born between Predappio and Sassospungone, in the province of Forlì-Cesena, in Emilia-Romagna.
The wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes. The grapes are vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels for 6-8 months.
In the glass the wine is ruby red. The nose has fruity notes of ripe cherry and vanilla. The sip is soft and round.
Monnalisa goes well with roasts, but also with aged cheeses.
