Description

The Sangiovese Superiore Riserva "Sole Rosso" by Enio Ottaviani is produced from vineyards with south, south-east exposure that grow on clay-loam soil. The vines benefit from the influence of the Adriatic Sea, a characteristic that gives the product brackish and mineral notes, distinctive of the area.

The harvest takes place with manual harvesting, followed by fermentation conducted in concrete tanks and aging in large barrels.

Visually it presents itself with a purple-red color enriched by garnet reflections. On the nose it stands out for its persistence, complexity and elegance, with notes of spice and toasting that create. On the palate, it reveals a dry and full-bodied structure, with a long taste-olfactory persistence that leaves a lasting impression.

Perfect in combination with game, white meats prepared with rich seasonings, red meats and cured meats. It enhances traditional cuisine and refined gastronomic preparations, confirming an intense taste experience.
