Description

The Rocca di Cesena red wine from Cantine da Vinci was born in Romagna in vineyards located between Castrocaro Terme, Predappio, Meldola and Bertinoro.

The wine is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes. The grapes are vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in French oak barriques and tonneaux for a few months.

In the glass the wine has a brilliant ruby red colour. The nose has notes of berries, violet, iris and vanilla. The sip is soft, with smooth tannins and a long finish.

Monnalisa goes well with sliced beef.
