Description
The Trebbiano di Romagna of Vigneti Romio belongs to the Romio quality project of the Caviro cooperative. It is obtained from grapes from the vineyards of the Romagna hills, cultivated on mainly clayey soils.
The pure Trebbiano grapes are destemmed and softly pressed, to then be clarified. Fermentation takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks.
Straw yellow in color, it expresses aromas of acacia flowers and apple on the nose. The sip is fresh and mineral, with a pleasant finish.
Excellent with first courses or fish.
