Description
Terre Forti's Trebbiano Radici d'Italia is a white wine produced in the hills and plains of Romagna, in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. It is made entirely from Trebbiano grapes grown at an altitude of between 0 and 150 meters, on calcareous and clayey soils.
The harvest is done both manually and mechanically between August and September. After destemming and pressing, the must ferments in tanks at a temperature of 16-18°C for 12 days. The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks for a period of 3 to 6 months, maintaining freshness and aromatic complexity.
Straw yellow in color with light greenish reflections, it offers an intense aromatic profile, characterized by notes of tropical fruit and flowers. On the palate it presents itself as a full-bodied, soft and well-balanced wine.
It pairs beautifully with seafood dishes, chicken salads and pastas with fish-based sauces.
