Description

Michele Chiarlo's Roero Arneis Le Madri is located in mainly sandy soils, located in the heart of the DOCG Roero, in Piedmont.

It is the result of only Arneis grapes, harvested by hand and subjected to a soft pressing. Fermentation takes place within 15 days at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. It follows aging in steel for at least 3 months on the fine lees.

It has an intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It is characterized by a pleasant scent of yellow-fleshed fruit, including notes of peach and tropical fruits enriched with hints of acacia flowers. On the palate it has a soft entrance, subsequently developing a good sapidity which accompanies towards a pleasantly persistent finish.

Wonderful with seafood or vegetable appetizers, the most suitable combination for first courses based on shellfish or fish is revealed.
