Description
Trinità is the name of the vineyard, located in the Piedmont area of Roero, from which the Malvira winery derives this selection of Arneis.
The Trinità vineyard is cultivated with the Arneis variety, which makes up this wine in purity, and has a clayey and calcareous soil with a sandy tendency. The grapes ferment, in the form of must, in steel tanks. At the end of this phase, 90% of it matures in the same containers while the remaining 10% develops an aging in wood, for a total period of 6 months.
Its color is intense and bright straw yellow. The nose opens with fruity notes of peach, apricot, pineapple and a floral stamp of elderberry and narcissus. The sip shows off a good body and an elegant sapid vein.
Perfect in combination with a fish soup.
