Description
The Roero Arneis di Bel Colle comes from pure Arneis grapes, one of the indigenous white grape varieties of Piedmont.
At the end of the harvesting operations, the must remains in contact with the skins for 24 hours, and is then vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 10 days with the addition of selected yeasts. The wine then ages for 6 months on the lees.
It has a straw yellow color. The nose is expressed with aromas of exotic fruit and citrus notes. With a good structure, it stands out for its dry and harmonious sip.
To combine with fish appetizers, light first courses and grilled white meats.
