Description
This Roero Arneis is produced by the Batasiolo company, owned by the Dogliani family, which has been producing wine in the Langhe for over 4 decades.
The wine is made up of Arneis grapes, which are destemmed and softly pressed, to then be fermented in thermo-controlled steel tanks.
Straw yellow in color, it expresses aromas of white flowers and ripe pear on the nose. The sip is fresh and vibrant, with a pleasantly mineral finish.
It goes well with delicate first courses, fish and recipes with asparagus.
