Description
The Ligurian Riviera di Ponente Pigato Majè di Bruna is born in vineyards located in the fabulous Arroscia Valley, between the provinces of Imperia and Savona, in the heart of western Liguria.
It is entirely produced with Pigato grapes, manually harvested in perforated boxes in mid-September. After a soft pressing of the bunches, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for 6 months, before being bottled.
Pigato Majè di Bruna has a straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with intense floral aromas, enriched with hints of yellow peach, cedar and notes of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is savory and fresh, pleasantly elegant.
Perfect to accompany raw fish and seafood, this white wine is ideal in combination with stuffed vegetables and Genoese pesto.
