Riviera del Garda Classico Valtènesi DOC Opera 2023 Opera Roses

The Riviera del Garda Classico Valtènesi Opera from the Opera Roses winery is made from 4 Valtènesi vines, of which this company specialized in the production of still rosé wines offers to provide a noteworthy interpretation.

Called "the wine of one night" by virtue of the time spent by the must in contact with the skins, it is the result of a separate fermentation of each grape variety at low temperatures in stainless steel.

It is a wine with a pale and shiny pink colour, with aromas of red fruits and rose petals which also find a faithful appeal in the tasting phase. The taste is elegant, linear and fresh.

Ideal both as an aperitif and with tomato-based summer recipes but also with a pizza.
