Rioja DOCa Trascuevas 2021 Bodegas Artuke

Trascuevas is a white wine from the Rioja region of Spain, produced by Artuke, Bodegas y Viñedos. It is a blend of Viura, Malvasia and Palomino Fino grapes.

The vinification involves pressing the whole bunches, with spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for a period of 10-11 months in a combination of French oak barrels and concrete tanks, maintaining the balance between freshness and complexity.

The color is straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is expressive and clean, with notes of stone fruit, dried herbs, light balsamic and spicy nuances. On the palate this wine is savory and fresh, with a good structure, a long finish and a pleasant mineral sensation.

This white wine pairs perfectly with grilled fish dishes or fresh cheeses.
