Description
Nube de Leza García Tempranillo Blanco is a unique white wine produced from a rare variety of Tempranillo, grown exclusively in the Rioja region. The vineyards are located in Valpierre (Alto Najerilla), a limited area for vine cultivation due to its high altitude.
Tempranillo Blanco grapes are harvested at night in the second week of September to preserve freshness. After harvesting, a cold pre-fermentative maceration is performed to extract the desired aromas, followed by light pressing and fermentation of the clean must in stainless steel tanks.
Bright yellow in color with greenish reflections, the wine is clean and bright. The nose is intense and complex, with notes of white fruit such as pear and floral hints. On the palate it is well structured and balanced, with well integrated acidity. The finish is round and long, with a pleasant fruity aftertaste.
This wine is ideal for aperitifs and pairs perfectly with spicy dishes, white meats, seafood and fish.
