Description
Bodegas Artuke's Pies Negros is a red wine produced with Tempranillo and Graciano grapes from the small village of Ábalos in Rioja.
After harvesting, the wine is fermented with whole bunches and thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts. This is followed by 15 months of aging partly in wood and a small part in concrete tanks.
Of a beautiful bright ruby red, the nose presents a play of red fruits and delicate spices before opening on the palate with blackberries, raspberries and small herbaceous hints. Excellent structure conferred by Tempranillo for a refreshing and rightly tannic wine, with a long and intriguing finish.
Wine suitable to accompany lamb cooked in the oven and first courses with ragù sauce. Also excellent for tasty platters of seasoned cold cuts.
