Description
The Gran Reserva by Leza García is a fine wine that represents the classic style of Rioja, characterized by freshness and elegance, with the personality of the Leza terroir. The grapes come from selected vineyards in Rioja Alta, located at an altitude of 500-700 meters.
The harvest takes place in the second half of October. The wine is mainly produced from Tempranillo grapes coming from selected plots. After meticulous processing, the wine matures in American and French oak barrels for a minimum of 24 months, then completing the refinement period in the bottle for 36 months.
The wine has a medium intensity ruby red color with brick reflections, typical of barrel aging. The nose is intense and complex, with a base of black fruit and notes of tobacco and spices. On the palate it is excellent in structure and complexity, broad, round and with a long finish.
Ideal to accompany red meats, stews and roasts. Also perfect with cured meats and cheeses of all kinds.
