Description
Rioja Crianza El Coto is produced in the renowned DOCa region. Rioja, using exclusively Tempranillo grapes.
Fermentation takes place in the modern cellars of Oyón, in 30 to 45 ton containers equipped with advanced technology for rigorous control of fermentation temperatures. The refinement lasts at least 12 months in American oak barriques, followed by a period of at least 6 months of refinement in the bottle before being released on the market.
Visually, the wine presents itself with a bright cherry color and garnet reflections. The sense of smell is caressed by the freshness of the fruit, with notes of vanilla and roasting aromas. In the mouth it is silky and persistent, with an elegant mix of spicy flavours.
It pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes, from meat and fish to cheeses and Iberian products, making it a great choice for different gastronomic occasions.
