Description

El Coto Crianza Ecológico is a wine produced in the historic DOCa wine region. Rioja following rigorous organic production standards. The Tempranillo grapes used come from crops that adopt ancestral and environmentally friendly agricultural practices, avoiding the use of synthetic chemicals.

Alcoholic fermentation occurs at a moderate temperature to preserve the natural qualities of the fruit and facilitate gentle extraction of the polyphenolic compounds. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in American oak barriques for a minimum of 12 months in the cellar.

Upon visual examination, it shows an intense ruby red color. Aromas of fresh red fruit and balsamic notes emerge on the nose. In the mouth, it stands out for its vibrant acidity and smooth tannins which make it a wine of pleasant persistence and balance.

This wine is a suitable companion for various culinary preparations, particularly combined with roasts, stews and cheeses.
